For any group reservation at the restaurant "Auberge de Poteaupré", a deposit is requested to confirm the reservation.

In case of cancellation within 7 days before the reservation, the deposit will be refunded.

Note: the payment of the deposits is done on the Chimay Shop which is an online store. The system, normally intended to sell and ship items, will ask you either for a delivery address or for your "order" to be picked up at a specific time slot. However, as part of the payment of the deposits, nothing will be sent or to withdraw before the event.
